This basic package we offer is designed for those Landlord's with the time and experience to take a hands on approach in the Letting of their properties. This pack will offer your property exposure on the leading web portals to be seen by the masses. We will of course also use our extensive database and knowledge to identify the right tenants for you and arrange your viewings.
Our standard, core package is of course our standard letting package. This includes a personal meeting with a member of our team, who will provide helpful information on getting the best from your property, to ensure you have everything in place to get letting. We design and get the marketing in place, giving you exposure on the main portals. We will also provide accompanied viewings, negotiation services and the required documents prepared in time for your tenants taking possession. If you need further services, such as an inventory, EPC, or safety certification, you can simply add these on at the time of booking, or provide us with you own.
Our premium pack is for those clients who's properties are in need of something more tailored, usually to compete with other premium properties in the area. If you do have a premium home to let, you will need to match the competition, which we can do through bespoke services, such as individual brochures, floor-plans and professional hi-spec photographs. As a rule, we would usually recommend this service for properties valued at over £2,000 per month (£24,000 pa), but our representative will always give you an honest opinion on whether this is something to consider during your free consultation.
Need Something Extra?
Well OK, perhaps we won't be able to build an actual addition to your house (although we know people who can) but we will help you with a whole lot more than just finding a tenant. We have an extensive array of additional 'Bolt-On' services available for you to add to your package at any time to ensure you and your property get exactly what is needed. Below is a list of the most common addition services, each provided by ourselves though carefully selected third parties, with whom we have established commercial relationships. In practice, you'll benefit from the savings we've negotiated on a bulk basis, but underwritten by ourselves.

- Floor plans;
- Inventory preparation;
- Check-in / Check-out services;
- Energy performance certificates (EPC);
- Electrical inspection certificates;
- Landlord's gas safety certificates;
